To help protect your plants during winter shipping, I recommend adding a heat pack when needed. If you’re unsure, please feel free to message me! I’m always happy to help determine whether a heat pack is necessary for your order.

My general recommendation is to include a heat pack when daytime high temperatures are below 50°F. Each heat pack will be securely wrapped in packing paper and taped to the side of the box. This helps keep it in place and prevents it from shifting during transit, which could otherwise damage your plants.
